This year's walks:
Upcoming walks will be posted shortly before the date of the walk. This
is to ensure, as best we can, that we go where the birds are!
April Walk - Birds in pairs, many migrants and resident species!
Dorothy Carnes Park near Lake Mills.
May Walk - Spring migrants and local species. Osprey and Black Terns!
Glacial Drumlin Trail near Lake Mills.
June Walk - Rained out. Sort of.
Zeloski Marsh near Lake Mills.
July Walk - Horicon National Wildlife Refuge.
Heat, humidity, birds and the Tern Pike.
August Walk - Harnischfeger Park.
Rain held off, birds didn't. Many fun species to see
September Walk - EAST side of Dorothy Carnes Park.
A humid but breezy day in a beautiful prairie. Much to see!
October Walk - A bonus walk due to walkers' requests. The Glacial Drumlin Trail near Lake Mills. Cold but sunny with great bird sightings!
