(Photo of American Redstart ...) September Bird Walk - Ledge Park

It was a small group who got together for our walk in Ledge Park near Horicon Marsh. The weather was beautiful and a nunmber of birds cooperated, making for a fun time. We were able to see a number of migrating birds as well as residents. The only negative was the numbers of campers using the park. Their activities did keep the species count lower than it might have been. There is a complete list below.

This was our last walk of the season. It's been a good one, with many great birding memories to tide us over until the next bird walk in the coming year. We hope you can join us then!
